There is a gap between knowing the rules and knowing how to apply them. Most AML/CTF training fills the first half and leaves professionals to figure out the second on their own. MOVEBIT was built to bridge that gap.
Our foundation is practical experience — across financial supervisory authorities, commercial banks, and electronic money institutions. That breadth shapes everything we build — compliance training as it needs to be — precise, current, and grounded in how regulated institutions actually operate.
We design and deliver professional AML/CTF training programmes for compliance professionals working at regulated financial institutions — electronic money institutions, payment service providers, banks, and others.

Our courses are built at three levels: Foundation, Practitioner, and Expert. They are grounded in EU and international regulatory frameworks, and written for people who will be tested on this knowledge — by supervisors, by auditors, and by the situations their institutions face.
We also work individually on risk assessments, procedure reviews, and remediation planning. The same expertise that shapes our training. The same standards. Just applied to your specific framework, your specific gaps, and your specific regulatory environment.
What We Actually Do
MOVEBIT was founded by AML/CTF compliance professionals whose experience spans three distinct positions on the board — regulator, practitioner, academic and educator.
Regulatory experience brings an understanding of what supervisory scrutiny looks like from the other side of the table. Years in the financial sector — across banking and electronic money institutions — add the perspective of professionals who build, test, and defend compliance frameworks in practice. And a background in lecturing ensures that complex regulatory material translates into knowledge that is genuinely usable.
That combination of perspectives shapes everything MOVEBIT produces — training and recommendations built on what the regulatory environment requires, what practitioners encounter, and what the discipline, at its most serious, demands.
