By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Movebit.eu if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – the “Terms”) govern the use of the e-learning platform operated by MOVEBIT MB (hereinafter – the “Platform”), a small partnership (mažoji bendrija) registered in the Republic of Lithuania.
1.2. By purchasing a course or accessing the Platform, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
1.3. MOVEBIT MB reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on the website movebit.eu and shall take effect upon publication.
1.4. These Terms apply to all Users, including individuals purchasing courses for personal professional development and organisations purchasing courses for their employees.
2. Products and Services
2.1. MOVEBIT MB offers digital e-learning courses in the field of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF). All products offered through the Platform are digital in nature; no physical goods are sold.
2.2. Upon successful payment, the purchased course materials in PDF format will be delivered automatically to the email address provided by the User at the time of purchase. Delivery takes place immediately and without undue delay following payment confirmation.
2.3. MOVEBIT MB reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course or service offering at any time without prior notice, provided that already purchased and delivered content remains unaffected.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices are stated on the Platform at the time of purchase and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.
3.2. Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers (e.g. Paysera). MOVEBIT MB does not store payment card data.
3.3. MOVEBIT MB reserves the right to amend pricing at any time. Price changes shall not affect purchases already completed.
4. Right of Use and Intellectual Property
4.1. Upon purchase, the User is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased course materials for their own professional development purposes only.
4.2. The User shall not share, forward, or otherwise transfer the received course materials to any third party, nor reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or resell any part of the content without the prior written consent of MOVEBIT MB.
4.3. All course materials, including text, graphics, and assessments, are the intellectual property of MOVEBIT MB and are protected by applicable copyright law. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1. As the products offered are digital goods delivered immediately upon payment, the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law does not apply, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
5.2. By completing the purchase and confirming acceptance of these Terms via the checkbox provided at checkout, the User expressly acknowledges that delivery of the digital content begins immediately upon payment and that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived.
5.3. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. technical error resulting in non-delivery of the purchased materials), the User may contact MOVEBIT MB at the email address provided on the website. Such requests will be assessed individually and without undue delay.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The course content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, compliance, or professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.
6.2. MOVEBIT MB makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the course content; however, no warranty is given that the content is free from errors or reflects the most current regulatory developments at all times.
6.3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MOVEBIT MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or reliance on the Platform or its content.
